There is a alot to
Dissect from
This piece. The fact that clarence doesnt speak in this book is an issue.

but if we are to go by clarences beliefs in Affirmative Action, then nothing in life can change and evolve. Whites cant evolve past racism and black ppl cant evolve past the conditions they are brought into.

while i agree its a facade of many institutions to be more inclusive in the name
Of morality or righting wrongs (many reeping financial
Benefits for such policies) i think this is where pragmatism and ideology come to a head.

He benefitted rather well
From AA. But thinks if black ppl
Had their own, he would have wound up good anyway.

but in reality, AA allows minorities access to resources otherwise reserved to privileged white ppl. Its up to the student then to carve thier path and use that shyt to progress.

How many black and brown have become millionaires or billionaires becuase they were allowed in. Irregardless of
Merit. And how many put they family
On and made their lives better?

ends justify the means, right? Malcolm right?

All of this was published a couple of years ago.

But Thomas is a Black libertarian.

That's it. All of the Black nationalism is moreso just him not being able to fully overcome his past. But he's an African-American libertarian and a c00n. That explains his legal positions 100% of the time.
You're missing the picture if you don't look at HOW he arrives at his conclusions. And why he often does from different positions from the white conservatives on the bench

None of what he's written has been anything like Critical Race Theory. He's just occasionally written and spoken from the perspective of a disenchanted Black person. Not often, either.
You're lying if you dont literally see Thomas and Bell's similarities of how they viewed Brown v Board.

Theres nothing for you to even stand on. I despise Thomas, but to not see the pervasive black pessimism from the left AND the right is the lowest form of trolling.

He wasn't really militant, it appears he jumped in and went along for the ride - with no real foundation in Black nationalism or Black radical teachings.
He probably had no idea who Stokely Carmichael was or about Maoism - he was just disaffected and angry and hung out until it stopped being socially positive for him.
He was a hard-core Catholic even before that.
Did you read this?

Or are you just making shyt up?

The man and his contemporaries vouch for him and his view points.

The man fukking was praising Farrakhan. In the 80s.

His points are silly and he's dedicated his life to undermining any subjugated group in the U.S. including Black people. Its less nihilism than it is Black libertarianism.
His ideological idol is literally Thomas Sowell - and if you want to know anything about Clarence Thomas's beliefs - just read Thomas Sowell's writings.
They're one and the same (White wife included).
You can't call it black libertarianism then say hes committed to shytting on black people.

Sowell is a clown for reasons I mentioned before and so is Thomas, but their influences are NOT the same as white supremacists.

And you clearly don't differentiate between different frames of black conservatism.

His legal positions aren't anti black.
They are anti left.... So usually opposite of white women like Ruth Ginsburg or Pelosi... Types.

His positions are old black man conservative and sometimes libertarian... But not c00n.

His personal life wasn't c00n... Until he smashed and married his new wife, but even then he isn't 100% a sell out.

nikka they're literally undermining civil rights legislation :gucci:
I hate how y'all not reading ass nikkas don't know how to actually read shyt :gucci:
I want you to read his fukking opinions upholding conservative subjugation of Black people, support for the drug war, increase power for police officers to harass, the destruction of social services, denying claims that could potentially lead to reparations, upholding unequal contracts and housing - and say this "he's not a sellout" shyt again :scust:
