The story it was trying to tell was amazing along with the music...the game was only ok though. It's still one of my favorite rpg's tho

It was actually really good, it just didn't feel like Chrono trigger. For that reason it got hate.... And lost cool points.

This is a top 3 JRPG of mine but if it's that bad, I'll definitely hold off. Still have Forbidden West & an extensive backlog as is so it's whatever. Embarrassing if the reports are true, though. Game is over two decades old and they couldn't optimize it?

Great RPG horrible sequel to a classic.

you can play it better on an emulator for free.

The developers of the remaster were just paying homage to the original by disappointing most people

This worth playing? I beat the OG Chrono Trigger many years ago (on an emulator when I was in high school), never played any other games in the series.

Was thinking of copping but the comments here make it sound like it might not be worth it

I'll be copping regardless, I'm not super hung up on frame rate for a turn base rpg.


Also I need more Chrono games to be made in the future.
