why do need validation from the oscars or grammy's. These award shows are not for US. We need to start supporting black film. We hate on Tyler perry because he stereotypes black men. But at least Tyler is letting black people eat. No offense but i dont think people would know who Tasha Smith was if it was not for Tyler. How about supporting independent films or short webseries on youtube. i could care less about the oscars, the grammys and some movie reviews by a bunch of white people.
