the way I see it, he doesn't want to glorify the violence which so many in this thread are demanding. The fact that people in the thread are arguing that he is inaccurately portraying 'Chiraq' is a sad indictment for all...not to mention having lil reese and lil durk as the arbiters of this fukkery.
Spike Lee makes great satire where everybody gets called out, people forget that many people felt some type of way when Do The Right Thing came out. I think Bamboozled was one of his best works and I look forward to Chiraq hitting me over the head, insulting my intelligence, playing with my emotions and making me think and rethink whatever I just saw. That is what I love about Spike Lee joints.

That's a message in it self. Change comes from within the community ,not outside it. If u tired of something, do some thing about it. dont wait and hope for some mythical shyt..

Dude, its a movie. a satire at that. The apparent message from the trailer is, the ppl caring, galvanizing, and making an attempt to change their environment . the premise of p*ssy, is for theatrics... entertainment.
What's embarrassing, and insulting is the events actually occuring in Chicago... In real life.. that nobody's doing anything about.

Or the simple fact that, those Chiraq savages r disappointed that this movie dosent display their savergy... Meaning they take pride in killing, and terrorizing each other...
