Doesnt suprise me. There are few to zero opportunities in the rural areas and their population outnumbers us 3 to 1.

People move to the cities (which still have room for land exapnsion unlike NYC) which leads to mass crowding.

New York has plenty of land in the Westchester Co areas to expand, I think they just pack everyone into the city limits. But in Atlanta or Houston I know people who commute 25+ miles for work. 25 miles puts you around Brewster and it’s sparsely populated (on purpose). I was surprised to see how close NYC is to woods n shyt

White people gentrify neighborhoods everyday for that reason.
That’s the thing, before I came up north I thought everything was dirty, cramped etc. When I worked around sleepy hollow tarrytown, etc last year it just seems as if those areas are kept with low populations for a reason.

all dem cities is irrelevant. ask people around the world and every one of them will know about NYC, LA and even Texas. There's alot more numbers in china but they haven't accomplished enough of an impact for the world to notice
