Would've picked Angel over Brink, even before the injury that took her out. Everybody played themselves except the Sky thinking her game wouldn't translate.
Not to mention mass appeal. She's fits right in with Chicago culture.
There were women everywhere at the game last week mainly because of her presence. 2 rows in front of us there were was group of about 8-9 unadulterated thots twerking during every timeout.

Almost feels like Reese could be a better pro than college player which is crazy to think about based on how analysts were talking a few months ago.

CC could be the star the league wants...but Angel might be the star the league needs. Bird without Magic is Dirk with an Indiana accent. You gotta have that yin to your yang.
Reese is also "fabulous" in that she can ball but is conventionally attractive and stylish. Girly girls can relate to her. Sort of like how Magic was popular and well-liked...flashy. CC is good for getting flyover country and straight whites into the game. Angel is doing something similar with Blacks.
