Breh houses require maintenance. Every landlord has emergency funds just in case. Could be a $10,000 roof, $6000 AC unit, $3000 plumbing repair, termite damage, anything.


That's why I say charge her $1000 flat and she'll still be saving damn near $1500/month

And I'm not making fictional numbers. She most like lives in the city. Food ain't cheap and she gotta sorry about HOA fees, parking fees. Ole girl is paying somethiy like $3000/month all day long.

I understand all those things, I am a homeowner. The girlfriend is not in any way shape or form a part owner, so those responsibilities are not hers. Once again, I have no issue splitting bills.
