Nope. She can move in with me if I think she is a cool person and she can pay rent.

If I would propose to her eventually, I would propose and that would be it. Marriage links us up financially.

You do know that marriage is a legal procedure right?

I addressed your premise and I addressed the initial premise.
If she wants to stay with me pay 800 for rent and split utilities, simple as that.

If she can't handle that, don't take up the offer and continue to pay the high rent she has.

Your first line is a perfect example of actual deflection, running away from the topic on a pointless aside. You must not feel confident about the soundness of your position to go this route.

You paid money for the item, the intent shouldn't matter, because you could argue the house you bought when you are a single guy you have the intent to flip it and get a profit when you want to start a family. It would literally be the same as the transaction in the store to buy a item with the intent to sell, just a shorter time frame. Its literally the exact same scenario, but its easier to see what the behavior is on the man who allows it and the woman who performs the using that way, so you reject it .

Not at all.... 800 dollars plus half utilities probably 1100.... She was gonna pay 1980 out the gate, and that doesn’t include utilities... which would be more than what she would pay if she moved in with ol boy... She easily saves a rack a month by moving in with ol boy.., That’s a 12 to 15k come up in just a year..... You’re saying she should get free shelter/amenities just because she’s fukking the owner of the property?
