The moral of the story is the ones at the top aren't as important as the want everyone to believe. The people on the floor make things work. Until they get auto fixing, self correcting machinery/robots, people will pretty much always be needed.

Obviously the lower skill people are replaceable to an extent, but higher ups been artificially putting value onto themselves, they not much more valuable than dudes flipping burgers, a dude flipping burgers might fukk around and have better ideas than the ceo of Macdonalds
