There's no way she would win the sexual element of the case. If he was beating her, okay. But even then is that worth millions of dollars? They highlighted the sexual abuse for a reason. In all the headlines, you see "rape, sexual assault". The whole hanging somebody over a balcony and blowing up somebody's car are footnotes of the story.

With that being said, I believe Puff settled number 1 because he doesn't need this bad press right now while this whole Keefe D situation is happening. But I do not think he settled this case over some "freak off" or even over actually beating the hell out of her.

I think he's in the middle of the perfect storm right now and he knows that he's on enough DA and police radars where the last thing he needs is someone talking to his ex and questioning her on real and actual crimes that he committed.
