This video doesn't say anything about how Alfonso felt about the situation. This has more to do with Tyler putting Brandon in an uncomfortable situation because he had to learn his script in two days, then Alfonso said he would get fired if he didn't do what Tyler wanted him to do. Alfonso continued working with Tyler after that, so it's not like their relationship ended because of this.
That's exactly what he complained about when he was on In the House. He felt like on Fresh Prince, everybody worked hard to make a good show and on In the House, there was less effort being put in. He didn't like working with LL Cool J because he felt like LL was more focused on music, and in the last season, he asked the producers not to put him in scenes with LL anymore. That's why in the last season, they don't have as many scenes together like they used to.
