This woman tapped into a fear that thousands of black women face, and an unfortunate reality that thousands of black women have lived. She also threw the story of an abandoned CHILD into the mix. She had the whole black community praying for her. Black people posting her picture on social media and galvanizing the authorities to find her. Only for the shyt to turn out to be a lie. This is really some evil evil shyt. On the same level of Jussie Smollet tapping into the fear that homophobia ignited within the LGBTQ community and had the black media formulating a coordinated attack on straight black men for not “supporting” Jussie before it turned out he was a fukking fraud.
This shyt is DAMAGING. And its not funny. If this woman orchestrated this shyt in ANY shape form or fashion she needs to do jail time.

I'm not celebrating what she did.
But I am celebrating the truth coming out.
I get that it's damaging and not something that we'd like to see but the truth is important.
And I have a personal gripe against people who weaponize the police and public opinion for their own benefit. And I have a personal gripe against liars no matter what race they are.
Truth of the matter is, this story blew up because of how outlandish it is. So we don't have to worry about her making it hard for real victims because real victims stories aren't the type that you look at like

Jussie walked because depending on the situation, democratic politicians are willing to bend the law in racial cases. Jussie didn't hurt anybody. No one was harmed. Money was spent and they're seeking that money. But letting him walk free was a lot less of a headache than keeping him locked up would have been, with his family going on national TV still pushing the narrative that it's cause he's black.
With that being said, I don't mind it as these devils have terrorized us for centuries. We deserve more than a few Jussies for all the bs they've put black people through.
With that being said, I am predicting that Carlee is gonna walk. They won't file charges. If charges are filed they'll magically disappear and she won't go to jail.
