Only one thing, wise man told me you better make over $3500 a month to drive a BMW or Benz because of maintenance cost.

It's more like, you better be making minimum $3500 a month after taxes if you get a Benz or BMW. If u paying $400 a month for insurance then your credit is fukked up. In that case, I would advise that person to focus on their credit before fukking with a BMW.

Let's say he gets the dealership to (generously) drop $3k off the price of the car, that brings it to $45,900 for the car, plus TTL and doc fee (assuming 8.625% tax, $600 license and $189 title plus $400 doc fee) he's looking at $51,047.88 out the door. With $3000 down, that brings the financed amount to $48,047.88 If we're looking at a 1.85% rate for 84 months, payments should be somewhere around $610 a month. If you stretch the loan out to 96 months (kill yourself) the payment drops to $539. Something is definitely off .

Car insurance companies don't just use credit when issuing you a premium, breh. Cars insurance rates vary depending on where you live, your age, and the car you are insuring.
