Yall might be splitting hairs with the no name stuff bc if outgrossing Justice League [against expectations] is the barometer for gauging no name status, then every marvel character not named Spiderman is no name, bc he's the only one who'd have [maybe] been given a chance to do that if asked a handful of years ago.

Now among the "no names"... black panther, antman, iron man and captain america were variably more known than, say, starlord, drax and rocket racc00n, bc the former were in more video games and cartoons pre-MCU.

Hell, same applies to most of the justice league members... they had the popular JLU cartoon. There was probably a time pre-2008 where ppl were more familiar with Hawkgirl than they were with Ironman
