I don’t care about any of that, just saying pot and kettle, breh.
Let’s keep this thread about CM, talk about what you liked or didn’t like about the movie.
You continue to bring it up and then want to cancel it when your argument is invalid.

Exactly. If breh made 111 posts in a thread about a movie he ain’t even gonna see, that’s the most triggered I have seen someone about a superhero movie.I don’t care about any of that, just saying pot and kettle, breh.

Why not? Because from what I've seen, some of the same things folks were crushing MoS for, they're praising CM for. This is true..... but this also shouldn’t be something to judge and make or break a movie
No black man talks like thisYou need to be calling out these soy boys on here claiming men hate women cause of this film.
The #1 fukk up in this entire film was
Making Mar-Vell a woman just to push the woman empowerment bullshyt
That's a lame excuse and I don't buy it.according to feige they wanted a male to play mar-vel but because the role was limited with very little screen time, they couldn't find any prominent actor willing to play it. So they rethink everything
contrast that to Matt Damon in Thor
"Chris [Hemsworth] just called me up, and Taika called me up, and I’m friends with those guys. They pitched me the idea and I just thought it was hysterical, the idea of basically an intergalactic community theater actor kind of living out Tom Hiddleston’s character’s fantasy," Damon told Collider. "I just thought it was just a great, funny bit, and very easy to do. Those guys were a lot of fun, and Taika runs a really fun set. It was a light lift for me."
So Matt Damon was friends with Hemsworth and he is a fan of the Director.
Captain Marvel is an unknown character, with relatively unknown actors. I would have liked to see someone like a Tom Cruise play Mar-Vel, But he would have have needed a way bigger story Arc, and it would've changed the direction of the entire movie. I chalk it up as them not caring that much as this was just a basic origin story to insert Captain Marvel into the MCU. Her origin matters, but not really

Saw it. It's real good, strong start, didn't mind the little empowerment sprinklings.
No losses!
