I'm gonna watch it in theaters, but I'm not really feeling the trailer...:yeshrug:

Probably doesn't help that I've been waiting tirelessly for that A4 trailer since it was sorta confirmed to drop tomorrow morning...

I thought the trailer was cool. Not sure I'm gonna see this in theaters as they haven't sold me on the character yet. I don't see Captain Marvel when I look at Brie Larson....say what you want about the MCU but generally speaking their casting is A1....until this movie. For me at least.

Yea, i think the flick will do fine. In fact, this Scott Mendelson guy who writes for forbes had an article about this months ago. Basically he said that the only thing (outside of the movie being shyt) that could make this CM movie an L is if the fanatics/media act so gassed off BP/Infinity War's success that they try to impose that level of success as the new bench mark. i.e. "Captain Marvel is the next billion dollar franchise!" And who knows, but if CM "only" does 700 million (20+million more than Doctor Strange did) instead of 800-850million (Homecoming, Ragnoraok, Wonder Woman, GotG2), that's still a big success and a nice chunk of change for what was a relatively unknown character.

Look at every second trailer that marvel has put out of all their movies and tell me its irrational to have no clue what the conflict is at this point.

People acting like Marvel aint the same company that in A3 had the swerve or putting Hulking in the trailer of that final run that all the Heroes had when in the movie it was actually Bruce in a IM suit
