i'd think if anything they'd welcome it. no way you take an L with the two biggest american super heros. they really showed their colors there. moved it up ahead enough weeks so that the sales would already be pretty much set if batman and superman cant beat iron man and captain america

DC aint stupid. Marvel is a juggernaut right now. Even BvS features the 2 biggest heroes in history, Marvel turned GOTG, a movie w/ comic book characters that are unknown to even casual comic book fans, into the biggest grossing movie of 2014 (Technically it's American Sniper, but I don't count it cuz that movie snuck in with a limited release on Christmas. The large release didn't happen till Jan 2015) No studio wants to go up against Marvel.

How is DC shook of Marvel when Marvel had to throw in Iron Man, BP, and now Spidey to compete with BvS? Cap 3 wasn't even gonna be Civil War until DC played their hand at Comic Con 2 years ago then Marvel was like " let's counter that and put Tony and Cap in a movie together and do the Civil War storyline".

Also Marvel doesn't even pay their actors the money they deserve so you really think they'll pay Jaden "Big Money" ok. Avengers 2 was in jeopardy because the actors felt like they weren't getting payed enough
