it doesn't have to spiral anywhere the fact is that true capitalist have divorced themselves from reality and exist in a theoretical world. IN THEORY unfettered capitalism is the bee's knees, in reality it leads to corruption of both capitalism and government.

You don't have to have a true capitalist society to know what's going to happen anymore than i need to stick my hand in a running lawn mower to find out what will happen.

Exactly, in theory its great. But there are always going to be people at the end of the day who have corrupt motives. Same thing with communism. In theory it sounds great but not so much in practice. That's why libertarianism will never work. Its not a sustainable idea.

:aicmon: really? Switch the red to unbridled capitalism, and I'd agree...

It reality neither will work. Mixed economics>
A lot of economic and political philosophies are good in theory but forget that the main ingredient to these systems (people) are flawed.

Particular sectors of the economy would be better to have a highly deregulated market and others need heavy intervention and subsidization by the government. It isn't rocket science.

ALL THINGS LEAD TO CORRUPTION...
think about it.

Name ONE man made system of control that doesn't eventually lead to corruption. Religion, system of governance, systems of economy. From giant governments to small mom and pop businesses over time it's human nature to "beat" everyone else in order to do that people will lie, steal and kill.

Incidentally, corruption is called lobbying in Western countries.

i dont think theres rly a system in between capitalism and socialism .. its socialism that is the system between capitalism and communism

I agree.

The thing is that I think that most Americans/anglo-saxons are brainwashed into believing socialism and communism are two different words for the same thing, and thus can't understand that for example France is a capitalistic economy with socialist policies, especially regarding education, culture, regulation of the economy etc. Same goes for most European countries (including the wealthiest, meaning the Scandinavian ones).

I think that most people just don't understand that it's never one or the other, it's always a mix of both.

Less regulation in a world where corporations already control the government and 99 % of the world's wealth. That would be 0 :laff::laff::laff::laff::laff:

Libertarianism is more than just advocating for Laissez Faire Capitalism... but I actually agree with what you are saying.

Cause its not being run into the ground with regulation :heh:

But seriously:whoa:, its less regulation, not zero regulation we are discussing.

Less is still toxic (and what I mean by deregulating, which is what you have to do to have less rules). You'll have them going Godzilla on citizens and small businesses.

I find USEFUL regulations more helpful than harming because of the nature of the large businesses. You have to protect the consumers and stuff. Unfortunately, the dollar speaks louder than the people. I see the problem more with corporate lobbying than regulation.

im fully aware of the intention and motivation of communism and im fully aware of its results

a jew can come to the US poor as shyt and if he doesnt engage in capitalism he will stay poor as shyt, and the reason why black people are poor as shyt is because of the lack of capitalism

capitalism is not a moral system, capitalism means private property and free trade, the principles of capitalism work with or without altruism, if you want to teach morals that is a separate issue from capitalism

Before a poor jew engages in capitalism, he is uplifted by the Jewish moral code to be his brothers keeper. The problem with black people is that we are not our brothers keeper which is the reason why we are easily exploited and are not able to compete in capitalism. We do not practice group economics which the essence of being your brothers keeper from an economic perspective. Practicing group economics is a moral obligation that one has to their own community to help sustain it in a capitalist society.

Marx argued that capitalism, like previous socioeconomic systems, would inevitably produce internal tensions which will lead to its destruction. Just as capitalism replaced feudalism, he believed socialism would, in its turn, replace capitalism, and lead to a stateless, classless society called pure communism...

While surely not the same thing, it shouldnt be too hard to understand why they are placed in the same boat no?

Rather than debate this issue, let me try this. Corps run the govt. and write the regulations... who do you think these additional regulations you desire will benifit? who do you think the current number of regulations have benefited *looks at income disparity*... see the OP

well like i said, capitalism is not a moral code, im not here to argue about morals and your view of moral obligations is not a counterpoint to what i said

lets say capitalism requires group economics and morals, it doesnt, but lets say it does, how does that change anything i said

are jews and white people suppose to stop practicing capitalism because black people do not want to practice group economics

what im saying is any group, nation or community that doesnt practice capitalism will lose, and this whole fad of insulting capitalism will come back and bite people in the ass, especially black people who already practice the least amount of capitalism

the principles of capitalism will apply regardless of whether black people practice group economics or not
