yeah i don't mean to make it a mayweather thread.

personally me and my circle of friends were all saying it, but then again we are extreme hardcore fights fans. his best wins going into the mayweather fight was an over the hill mosley, and a suspect win over trout.

I personally have always been confused by the canelo hype, I feel like both trout and lara fights could have went the other way.

I think if the fight take place at 157 ggg will tune him up.

Ultimately though...it's all good. Power usually (rightfully) beats activity and Cotto just didn't land enough for most. Canelo bothered me in the final minute of most of the rounds as I thought he looked rather flat, but he usually came out strong and that was enough tonight.
