In regards to fainting. Your body is extremely resilient. If you eat well you should generally be fine.

Dude used to have an OG MySpace page. Anyway he was fat, flabby and sick. He started jumping rope, in addition to eating healthier. That's it. No pills or powders or gym equipment or books or memberships. Dude started being able to only do 5 mins a day, then 10 minutes a day, then 15-20 then mastered it.
