Yeah.

You'll lose a bunch of water weight and bloating.

The heavy weight lifting and fasting would be an appetite suppressant.

What you'll eat is healthy, calorie dense food that is high in protein and you won't get fat. You can eat whatever you want on during the 24 hours period you can eat. Eat on the heavy lifting days, fast on the yoga and long walk days.

Since you won't be running or sprinting, you can exercise everyday. The only tax on the CNS would be the heavy weight lifting. You only gonna need 4 weight lifting exercises, deadlift, squat, bench press, pull up/chinup.

22 pound in 6 weeks doing this is doable if you stick with it and don't cheat.

Go on an alternate day fast

Cut out all carbs besides oatmeal and brown rice

Load up on protein, chicken breasts, steak, eggs, hamburger without the bun

Eat fruits and vegetables

Exercise everyday, heavy weight lifting and long walks and yoga

If you hate to cook. Then stop cooking. Go to Walmart and cop bags of spinach

Then go to the frozen section and but some precooked chicken

And some cans of tuna and cans of salmon.

Eat the spinach with the protein, force lunch and dinner. A bowl of oatmeal in the morning, drink water and in 3 weeks that gut will be smaller, whether you hit the gym or not.

That's what I do. I don't buy the Tyson chicken....often. I just air fry a bunch of thighs. Then cut it up.

They have these crispy jalapeños

I eat the spinach, romaine, chicken and jalapeños everyday. If I'm feeling different I'll get some bagged coleslaw mix

..the jalapeños heat you up and provide a crunch. No croutons. Two tablespoons of oil to wet the veggies.

Running...
Not walking, power walking.... none of that shyt.

That shyt works ur entire body.

Intensity trumps everything else

Most people aren't will to do it.

You can get double or even triple the workout with exponential results...in half the time just by raising your intensity.
