Yeah.
You'll lose a bunch of water weight and bloating.
The heavy weight lifting and fasting would be an appetite suppressant.
What you'll eat is healthy, calorie dense food that is high in protein and you won't get fat. You can eat whatever you want on during the 24 hours period you can eat. Eat on the heavy lifting days, fast on the yoga and long walk days.
Since you won't be running or sprinting, you can exercise everyday. The only tax on the CNS would be the heavy weight lifting. You only gonna need 4 weight lifting exercises, deadlift, squat, bench press, pull up/chinup.
22 pound in 6 weeks doing this is doable if you stick with it and don't cheat.
