I have been going to the gym for a little over a year, lost a lot of weight and still have a little tummy, it's not noticeable though my clothes but it is noticeable when I'm naked :dame:


Arms are toned, calf muscles are toned, rest of my legs is good, just my chest is the problem

I'm losing my tummy fat, but slllllooowwwwly....


Man boobs are much harder to lose, I'm starting to think I have gyno :francis:

Thank god for man titties (:dame:). Seeing titties in the mirror a few yrs back, after being skinny all my life finally convinced me I hit rock bottom health wise. Been all good ever since :blessed:

Can I still make my guy flatter without being skinny fat?




Yeah you can...but your gonna enter into the dreaded skinny fat territory if you have no muscle...

Also dont sleep on proper posture....

Sometimes bad posture can make your gut look worse than it is

fukk i love my IPAs though smh
I'll do gin and tonics then...just less of them. Bc i get drunk and end up eating a whole pizza :francis:

IPAs was all I would drink, I loved them, but they would tumble my stomach, after a while I said fukk this. 2 weeks later no more farting and when i weighed myself I was down 7 pounds. I was on the scale like.

Personally I did alot of running...

If you dont have any muscle, its gonna probably head towards skinny fat territory...

But if you get your stomach down to a decent size, just start bulking...SLOWLY...

I did a crash diet and a deep cut so results might vary
