Yea I can. But tbh a lot of times it’s more efficient to get it done for you. Flat tires rarely go smoothly. You could be on an incline, a nut could be tightened to the depths of hell, etc.

I was on vacation with my ex. The rental got a flat and naturally I go to fix the tire. Here I am in the sweltering heat in mfin paradise, at the entrance of the resort so all these couple are walking by in Hawaiian shirts and flip flops as they go see this sunset spot. ‘Oh wow that sucks….need some help…everything ok?… hope you guys make the sunset’

It was at that point realized man tf am I doin I have reached a place in life I don’t need to do this shyt myself

My dad taught me when I was a teenager. I still can but I am using a power jack, a torque wrench, battery tire inflatator.

I can use change my oil too but as I.get older the difference is just not worth the time investment.

My time is too valuable to be waiting for a tow or someone to help me when I can change the tire out in 10-15 minutes and be on my way. By the time you tell AAA where you at, Im already done. The same with oil, it takes me 40 minutes round trip to get to the dealerahip but I can change it in my driveway in 10 minutes. On top of the fact you go be there for 2-3 hours, I'd rather be golfing with that time.

The same with oil, it takes me 40 minutes round trip to get to the dealerahip but I can change it in my driveway in 10 minutes. First of all you’re not changing a tire in 10 minutes. Second, fixing a tire in a completely perfect safe location is one thing. It doesn’t always go like that.

And changing oil is just some personal preference old school shyt. A mechanic is gonna do it in the same amount of time no wait while I’m doing white collar shyt in the lounge on my laptop

I’m not trying to knock anyone here, but don’t assume it’s a 'poverty mindset' or a waste of time—it’s actually quite the opposite. I have free roadside assistance, but they typically take 45-60 minutes to arrive, and I spend 10-15 minutes on the phone just explaining my location. That said, I understand that not everyone is mechanically inclined.

Like a decade ago.
In less than ten minutes. Then made it to my college best friends childhood best friend home.

Yet you should be able to change a tire in ten minutes.

that is must be accurate in a tire change. Is finding the factory spots. To place the jack.
On cars made post seventies oil crisis.

Other than that. Which at most is brushing off mud and debris. To find the spot the jack goes for that model and make. Other than that. That is the only real time consuming thing. In changing a tire. That should or could alter your urgency and speed in workflow to changing a tire. When real talk.

to be prepared beforehand. about where the jack spots in your car. Or other models of a car are.

Which again is existential play type shyt. That your gen has disconnect to. Yet there should be no disconnect to at all. Regardless of what you mom's and pops relationship is.

To as you grow old and go anywhere with a female.
