This is the type of woman who knows inherently that the white system runs of off inequality and racism. She grows a dislike to the system sometime in her formative years (usually college) and decides to date outside her race either to quell her white guilt. These relationships usually fall apart at the first sign of a "****** wake up call" and she runs back to the security of the white system. A lot of these women will change cities, careers, and political parties to hide their interracial past.
