Even if AD was playing, they weren't beating the Suns or making it out of the West as it's not the same Lakers team as last season. Harrell was still going to be unplayable in the playoffs and Schroeder is a step down from Playoff Rondo. Phoenix was also still going to be able to exploit Gasol.

AD playing wasn't going to change those issues and it should have been fairly obvious if people were actually paying attention to what was in front of them.

What are you even talking about? Your hot take does make sense cause you are talking as if unforeseen circumstances did not change the Lakers coming into the off. Promise you this would be a completely different series had Lakers not been injured or Dennis being a dumbass. Matter of fact Lakers would not even be the 7th seed or facing Suns.

Only fact is the Lakers been having trouble with is their offense, but guess what? These problems were actually there last year hidden by great performances by a healthy Lebron and AD. Lakers shooters always been this inconsistent
