there is huge disconnect between some black africans and black america...the sad things is...some black americans if not most are blacks from africa, fending for
themselves in America. Not matter how mixed, or how they try to seperate themselves thats their history, and that disconnect, has made them want to adjust into america.
And that adjusting has brought difficulty. Thats why jim crow was implement, you black african americans do for self, seperate but equal...but after bias, discrimination, slavery...
what monies to build own projects...blacks africans had to fit in and deal with american white (and act like thats all they know). Both blacks africans and black americans need to work together and stop the finger pointing.

I can see some of our people are teaming with nigerians and their nollywood/music game, we need more of that.

You got people on here bragging about certs but if i say why don't we have our own black private owned computer firms, people here will start blaming cacs.

church is a critical fabric to the black community...and still relevant, and there builders, those with idea, and those on the side...

the development is there its whether or not folks want to apply the knowledge or if blacks folks say someone white would do that...

Show us the top notch projects that aren't getting any backing, it's all a fallacy and in your mind.

- review of judges sentences by race, advocate for standard sentencing, use research to get lower rates
- college program for inmates
- rehabilitation program for mental/health/drug issues.
- No color/skin tone bull****
- Mentors for high school/college students
- Boy/girls clubs
- Life Coaches
- strategic real estate purchase
- self sustaining careers, no glass ceiling
- correct actions plan for those who cant fit...also can be sent back to civilian/regular world.
- flat organization
- positive enforcers
- self-funded global "business disruptive" ideas...next microsoft, next google, etc
