Just cause nikkas grew up together and ran together when they was kids don't mean they're supposed to be lifelong friends.

Some nikkas only stay around because they want your position.

Outside looking in, I think Cam always had a little touch of jealousy in his heart for Mase.

They came up together in the same neighborhood, with similar upbringings, but Mase always seemed like the one with the natural charm and ability, where as Cam was the nikka that had to work a little harder for his.

Mase was the first with a deal, first to go plat, on the covers of all these magazines, was paying Cam per diem for shows, and got him his deal.

All the while, Cam probably felt like he should've been in that position from the start.

When he finally popped, and simultaneously Mase's career was coming to a close, Cam never wasted an opportunity to shyt on his so called friend, even after that friend spent damn near 20 years trying to take the high road.

Mase admitted in a interview years ago that Cam was the teenager with all the fresh gear and jordans growing up.

Its a case of the young spoiled nikka not knowing how to handle it when his buddy who was less fortunate finally gets to spread his wings and surpass him.
