That shyt is awesome breh, I normally do 3 sets of 5 of these but only to a squatting position on a bench or low chair, I don't do them raw dog all the way down like this, but I'm gonna try it out.
Them pullups will get your back where it needs to be. I been mixing weight lifts and calisthenics to nice success. Weights help me get the bulk I like, but I like the way calisthenics shapes my muscles
