Y'all wanna increase lower body flexibility and then transition into more explosive leg stuff? Try an exercise from my martial arts system of Xingyiquan, Dragon Walking:

it starts out like a walk:



then becomes like this



increases flexibility strength and progresses well. try it you might like it! feels good too. just remember to breathe out when you go down and breathe in when you're coming up.

What's a good start to this calisthenics life? I've seen some of these n1ggas that are on that, and their physiques are :wow: (no homo). Unfortunately I'm no good at pullups and stuff like that. I'd appreciate it if one of you good experienced brehs could point me to a beginner program or something to get my calisthenics game up.

With pull-ups and the such, it's all about progression. You ight only be able to do 1 initially. Do 1. Take a break... do another... Then a week later, go for 2 in each set and slowly work your way up.
