hip push ups, I like

:rudy: one arm push ups, I don't

can't do one yet :to:

For 1arms try mastering the diamond pushup first. It will condition your arms and joints enough to start attempting the 1 arm. you wanna eventually start doing 1 arm pushups on objects you can. Pick a high desk and crank out a few. then keep lowering yourself down to the ground. TAKE IT NICE AND SLOW. IT TAKES MONTHS. Eventually you'll be doing them on the ground.

If you wanna make real progress on 1arms remember a couple of things

1)Completing a full stable repetition is more important than trying to do it like a workout. Distribute this stuff during the day. Think of it as "snacking" on exercise rather than a meal of it.

2)Tense your whole body and try to involve every part in the rep. The more you do this, the less your shoulders are stressed and the easier it'll be to get it done.

yall ever tried pistol squats

Yeah, i do them 3x a week. Just like the 1arm there's a progression to it. To be honest you need to focus as much here on flexibility and balance as much as strength.

I want to add that NFL players add some calisthenics such as clapping push ups in addition to their weight training regimen too:lift:

why do my knees fukking kill me after doing body weight squats?

am i doing these shyts wrong?

I don't know how you hurt knees from body squats fam unless you doing jumping squats. Make sure knees don't go too outward or inward:yeshrug: Hope that helps
