Now who else wanna fukk with Hollywood Court?
Nah man. I work out. I believe lifting heavy weights in a quick and compounded effort is best for losing weight and keeping your muscles working even after you're done with the session.

:yeshrug:

Depends, my boy is strong as fukk (repping 155lbs dumbbells on bench, 115lbs dumbbells on shoulder press) and he put together some DIY parallel bars and swears by body weight training now. I tried those shyts and the Pike pushup with your feet elevated is ridiculously hard on some parallel bars, and this ox muthafukka is doing it with a 75lbs weight vest on meanwhile my shoulders burning trying to hit the 20 reps he said to do :Yeahaight: I did his routine and felt like my chest and shoulders were going to explode, and that's without the weight vest. The pump I had after was straight :wtf:

I fux with body weight fitness although I prefer more fun stuff like handstands and ring exercises. I was in LA this summer so I worked out at the muscle beach every other day. Pull up bars, dip bars, and rings everywhere for FREE. Plus the weather was perfect.

Now I'm back in Chicago and gonna have to get on something like OP's routine inside the gym.

body weight training works those stabilizer muscles that are barely used when doing regular weights. It's crazy how you can experiment with gravity and angles and get all kinds of results. shyt will have you in the mirror looking at muscles you never even know you had before.

Trying to tell these cats bodyweight exercises done the right way will have you lifting everything in the gym easy.

I saw first hand while incarcerated, how bodyweight exercises will really get you strong, hopefully some people take this info and try it.

Yea fam just work it in with the weights, I'm not trying to tell everyone to stop their current routine and just pick this up,just work it in your routine, maybe once or twice a week, you'll see results tho

In regards to losing weight you may be right. I used to be skinny I don't truly understand how losing weight works aside from calories in vs out.

But as far as building muscle :camby:
Doing pull-ups and tricep dips get my arms and shoulders way bigger than anything I can do with weights like bicep curls or bench pressing....

Nah,do wateva you gotta do to complete them reps, the stronger you get the easier you will be able to complete clean pullups
:rudy: nah that's cheating around here.....
I do need to cop another pull up bar. I've been slacking. I used be real good when I had one and knock out close 25 straight. Now I'm on some average 7-9. And get progressively worse after every set:to:

Yup,the routine I'm doing now I do it on the days I don't go to the gym.

And another thing breh, there is no such thing as overtraining, I saw cats who worked out EVERYDAY in the joint, who were huge and strong,it is good to take some time off, when you just need a break, but like I said in a post before some cats would work out twice a day everyday in there.

Yea its cheating lol but its better than not getting any pullups done,I was just telling him do them the best way he can until he can do the right.

You gotta get back on the calisthenics, that routine will have you back where you once were in no time, talking bout hitting 40 straight like its nothing.

But even 7-9 straight pullups not bad,but you know you can do better

Man these guys won't understand until they try it.

The only reason I gave the knowledge was because I saw my body and other guys bodies transform something crazy with nothing but calisthenics.
