Now I think you're just bragging.

That being said, for a novice, this routine is impossible and attempting would only lead to a rotator cuff injury unless you're half repping everything.

A novice can take it slower. Maybe do 10 reps every few minutes if necessary

Nah breh,just stating what I did yesterday,Im ashamed,as I was up to 180 pullups,400 dips,450 pushups and 300 body squats in 30 mins breh,so Im tryna get back to that.

And like @Rose Gold said adjust the reps,just lower them,Im not expecting everyone to be able to do 100 pullups,150 dips in 14 mins breh,that's some advanced shyt,but I do expect people who do this workout to eventually get there and surpass it:yeshrug:

I will, some OG irl dropped a gem like this on me with when he was a youngin and even mentioned Herschel walker backstory. fukk the gym. This was literally an hour or less ago

Real talk breh,this shyt had my wind loooooooooooooooong and I was ripped AND strong as hell,telling you do this for 3 months then go pick up some weights,watch how light it will be

Would take like an hour

If it takes two hours so be it,just try to get better each time or drop them reps and progress from there,but just my opinion don't exceed 30 mins,do what you can in 30 mins and then the stronger you get add reps,the whole point is to get a blow,and keep moving so your getting in shape and killing your muscles

I believe breh, imma cop protein powder and weight gaining powder soon. Tired of this kid cudi body lol, still get p*ssy but gotta choose my battles when I roast lol

Yup,just make sure you eat as well so you can keep building muscle,by the time you go back to lifting sum weights that shyt gon be light.

You got the pullup and dip bar at the crib?

Yeah I got that shyt. I used to do pull ups but got lazy lol. But imma get on this shyt this time around

Just got it in breh's. Upped my reps from yesterday:

100 pullups(10x10)
150 dips(15x10)
200 pushups(33,34,33,33,34,33)
Time: 20 mins

To this today:

120 pullups(12x10)
200 dips(20x10)
250 pushups(33,34,33,33,34,33,25,25)

Time:25 mins

I think Ima stay with the 2nd workout set until I can get it down to 20 mins,then increase
