you're not a beginner if you're doing negatives and dead hangs.....so you've done some reading
do you have the doorframe pullup bar? or the power tower?
also...do you do pistol squats for legs or some other exercise?
These are easy to follow. I know I should do something with certain amount of reps not do as much in this amount of time. Ive been learning via Austin Dunham YouTube channel. His videos for beginners are more for intermediate. It's a mix of his and YouTube videos.
