The bar only?
Explain95% of people do bodyweight shyt wrong but it is effective if you don’t just go through the motions. You can start there if that’s what you want.
I dont want to be the weakest person thereYou essentially start lifting the bar only which is about 40lbs, then build up from there. You don’t have to wait two months to get that going breh
I dont want to be the weakest person there
Ever since I've been stepping my swag up I get choosing signals. I'm not bout to fukk that up by becoming a meme at the gym brehFirst off quit that weak ass mindset
They gym is place to get better. Use it. Fukk what someone else think. Now get to work magot
Can join the gym later on or keep doing this. I plan to go to the gym after a month or two.
Considering how fukking weak I am. I was when I askedHow serious are you about this?

invest the $10 to $15 to buy a set of slanted push up bars
you see that they are not straight, but slope down, right?
to protect your wrists

If you are serious....you can take it step by step to build up your strength and your body over the course of a year....
Do you live near a park?
They have no type of control over the reps and just blow through them really fast. They also lack creativity when it comes to making them more challengingExplain
Austin Dunham has great videos on YouTubeThey have no type of control over the reps and just blow through them really fast. They also lack creativity when it comes to making them more challenging
I actually got an Amazon gift card of over $50. I'm going to cop them. What else do you recommend? No I do not live by a park, why?
Edit:
Can I cop these instead?
straight pushup bars are okay, slanted are better for wrist health
If you don't live near a park, your best best is to join that gym and use their racks and bars to do calisthenic work....most gyms have this kind of attachment on one of their racks
wide grip, close grip, palms facing your body, palms facing away, neutral grip (hands grabbing those straight bars and plams facing each other)
Do as wide a variety of these pulling movements as possible per workout....different grips use and stress different bodyparts
Also, gym has bars for you to do dips on.
You can carry the pushup bars with you to the gym in your bag.
If you had a nearby park, you could do a more limited variety of pulling and dip movements

If you're not going, not ready, or unable to hit the gym yet.......use the pushup bars....do different variations...get an ab wheel....
and
a light exercise band like this
under $45 total
you're welcomeThank you very much. I have a pull up bar at home and I should have an answer roller I bought long ass time ago. Been doing negative pull ups and dead hangs lately.
