I lost weight but I have platued but when I do a whole lot of pushups like hundreds of pushups I noticed the scale does not go down but I look stronger I am trying to lose 40 more pounds

Damn shame that the dude most outspoken about bodyweight training turned out to be a fraud :bryan: I fukk with bodyweight training heavy. I dedicate 30 minutes to each exercise though and do as many sets of a given number of reps as possible in that time

I'll try to link it, but I was reading an article on T-Nation last week about doing only pushups and pullups 6 days a week for a month and how beneficial it is for chest and back development. The program simply calls for 100 pushups and 50 pullups a day. The article mentioned that the pushups use less of your total bodyweight than pullups, hence why you do more of them a day. You can knock them out however you see fit. Either all of them in one workout session or spread out throughout the day. I'm gonna try it out for the month and see how it goes.

Everyone still doing the same program - 30mins: pushups,squats,dips,pullups?

Or is the squad on diff programs?
I like to do 10 sets of dips superset with 10 sets of some kind of pull move. Gonna try and get through that in 25 minutes today. Then finish strong with some lateral raises. Full upper body workout, Akuma style :ahh:
