They didn't say anything about form thoughHow are you guys doing 100 pull ups and a hundred dips and all this just 30 minutes, most people can't even do 100 pull ups in a day let alone 30 minutes, let alone combining it with three other exercise with reps in the hundreds.

I see OP was making all this shyt up. I knew this was some bs. I get to like 60 pull-ups/squats and 100 pushups/dips and I'm burned out in 30 minutes.

Hate that this thread ended the way that it did, but there was definitely a lot of good info. I've been putting more emphasis on calisthenics and cardio lately and it's been taking my body to a new level![]()

I can't do any pullups or dips yet, what calisthenics shyt can i do to improve. I can only do like 10 pushups![]()
Log off and get to work. A man should be personally ashamed he can't do 10 push-ups. Get out of JBO and improve yourself.
I'll try to link it, but I was reading an article on T-Nation last week about doing only pushups and pullups 6 days a week for a month and how beneficial it is for chest and back development. The program simply calls for 100 pushups and 50 pullups a day. The article mentioned that the pushups use less of your total bodyweight than pullups, hence why you do more of them a day. You can knock them out however you see fit. Either all of them in one workout session or spread out throughout the day. I'm gonna try it out for the month and see how it goes.
