Are dips that good to do? Keep hearing people say it can do damage but is that because of improper form?

I almost fukked my rotator cuff up bout 3 weeks ago from dips had to fall back from lifting I was salty:mjcry:

Lost a little strength but that's the way this game goes. I cut down my weightlifting now to only 2days out the week so by the end of the year I'll be back strictly doing calisthenics at least until May then I'll lift again to put some extra size on for the summer :blessed:

How were you doing it that you got injured? I'm not at a gym atm so I have been using a small table

This week I started jump rope for 15 minutes before the workout. About how long till results are noticeable?

It depends on your body,everybody is different. Nobody on here can tell you when results will show for you.

What I will say is take pictures of yourself and compare them maybe every week or two and if you doing what your supposed to,you'll start to notice a difference

I can't even straighten my arms after pike presses (sets of 15). That pump is real
