Are dips that good to do? Keep hearing people say it can do damage but is that because of improper form?
I almost fukked my rotator cuff up bout 3 weeks ago from dips had to fall back from lifting I was salty
Lost a little strength but that's the way this game goes. I cut down my weightlifting now to only 2days out the week so by the end of the year I'll be back strictly doing calisthenics at least until May then I'll lift again to put some extra size on for the summer
