That's what I want to be a personal trainer fasho been thinking about getting my license and I'm going to create that thread and start putting things in there,it's just hard to get the footage I want because I have no one to record for me and if I do it'll be broken up into sets.

For the pull ups...is it OK to switch between wide grip pull ups and reverse grip chin ups? Like do one set wide grip then next set do reverse grip chin ups?
Calisthenics make me feel much better after doing them as compared to lifting heavy weights. After lifting weights, I feel like I've lost energy and don't really want to do anything physical for the rest of the day. After calisthenics, I feel refreshed and energized after a few hours.
