I've gotten very strict on myself about pullup form. Arms straight at bottom, hollow body position (legs slightly raised ahead) , shoulder blades locked. Getting to 15 is a struggle now :whew:

This is me currently at 205 this was recorded a few weeks back.

I'm gonna make my own thread and post all my workouts in them within the next 2 weeks,start giving y'all some content.







Gonna start doing this workout once my elbow fully heals as well.


That's a damn good physique and strength. What was your routine that got you the most mass and size? Was it the calisthenics one or a specific weight training? It would be cool if you did like a before pic when you weren't as fit (I think you said at first you could barely Bench 135 lbs.) then an after pic that show the results. Also do you have a shoulder day or do you combine it with another bodypart. This thread is very helpful.

So you stop fully at the bottom?

Lifting weights and doing calisthenics is Tempe routine that got me my most size,but are you asking for a complete breakdown of the routine?

And just to make it clear tho calisthenics got me strong before I ever touched a weight,but it didn't bring me a whole lot of size tho it did give me a nice physique and a solid base.

And yea I'm actually going to make a whole thread showing my progress before I got big and also put all my workouts in the thread.

And my split right now is:
Shoulders/Back
Incline bench/triceps
Flat bench/biceps
Legs/lower back

I haven't been able to do pull-ups in weeks because of an elbow pain but once I get back I said I was going to get back to the basics and do pull-ups as clean as possible

im about to try this workout on Monday after my 30 min challenge. breh @ 2:41 is right about heavy set dudes who can't lift their own body weights. :wow:
