Hit 30 pull ups today in a row. Legs are laggin...gonna get back at it tho. Plateaued and fell off. Vacay spit.
This is me currently at 205 this was recorded a few weeks back.
I'm gonna make my own thread and post all my workouts in them within the next 2 weeks,start giving y'all some content.

So you stop fully at the bottom?I've gotten very strict on myself about pullup form. Arms straight at bottom, hollow body position (legs slightly raised ahead) , shoulder blades locked. Getting to 15 is a struggle now

That's a damn good physique and strength. What was your routine that got you the most mass and size? Was it the calisthenics one or a specific weight training? It would be cool if you did like a before pic when you weren't as fit (I think you said at first you could barely Bench 135 lbs.) then an after pic that show the results. Also do you have a shoulder day or do you combine it with another bodypart. This thread is very helpful.

im about to try this workout on Monday after my 30 min challenge. breh @ 2:41 is right about heavy set dudes who can't lift their own body weights.
