I'm trying to figure out where even one day would fit in the schedule, since this will leave you with sore biceps, tris, and pecs.. if you do it the day before triceps day, for example, your triceps workout will be weakened. And if you do this after triceps day, your calisthenics day dips are gonna be fukked :jbhmm:

Gotta be a animal my man, your body will adjust.

Them gains tho :ohlawd:

Or just do two to three days of calisthenics workout for 30 minutes stated by OG. Then jump back into the heavy weights for two days (depends if your body is up to it). Or do less heavy weights and more reps with lighter weights for three weeks.

Or do calisthenics for a whole month ( meaning you have to do the 30 minute challenge for a month) then jump back to heavy weights next month to see results. It's up to you though.

Mean while most nikkas rather talk shyt online and stock females instead of going outside and exercise.

You also need vitamin D. So the sun is a blessing to have. Just going for a jog early in the morning while the sun shining on black excellence is wonderful. But they rather stay behind a cp everyday. shyt is not healthy. :pachaha:

That workout life. Plus melanted life:ohlawd:

as for the cardio. which cardio exercise is better? jumprope 500 times or run a mile? how many days should I do this for?

you should do cardio 1-3 times a week. 1 definite cardio workout maybe 2 but then on your 'day off' do something like go to the mall and walk around or take your kids to the zoo......play basketball, shoot free throws, play mini golf or go bowling. do something active but not a 'workout'.

as far as jumping rope. you can do sprints with a jump rope. you can keep your heart rate high, building endurance and stamina as well as raising maximum oxygen consumption. jumping rope engages more muscles all over the body especially upper body in addition to lower body making it more effective as a full body workout as opposed to running.

running has its benefits but jumping rope is more effective. as far as which one is better thats personal preference.

First day... Stopped at 30 minutes.

Pull ups - 64

Push ups - 186

Dips - 127

Squats - 105

Thinking bout doing this twice a week and running at the park twice a week. I do 50 push-ups and 10-15 pullups every morning. I been using that over the door pullup bar but I been looking at that body champ pullup tower. Anybody use it?
