This guy I workout with sometimes at the gym asked me to do burpies with him when I first got in. Figured it would be just a warm up. He wanted to do them for 25 min. I had to take a extra day off the gym....this shyt ain't no joke :mjcry:

But I'm probably going to continue this routine because I'll be on vacation for about a month and I'm prolly only going to hit a gym for Leg days. Imma add pull ups (I'm weak at them hopefully i'll improve) and dips as well.
Burpees :wow:

Seen them break many a nikka:wow:

:obama: My man.

Long as you get something in bruh, trust me it's better than majority of cats, just make sure you get a little something in and you good

yo, i think im going to jump back into body weight exercises to see if i can push more weights in the near future.

would this be a good start?

200-300 push ups
100 pull ups
100 crunches
100 dips
100 body squats

how long and how many days should i do this for? should i do this for a month then jump back to weights or do a mixture of both heavy weights and body weights for a month?

also what would you recommend for a good cardio workout for beginners?

Yes it's a good start IF you can get it within 30 minutes.

This is cardio, but if you want a beginner cardio workout I'd say running a mile,or getting a jump rope and doing 500 jumps with a nice pace,a short break every 100

hmmm seems a little hard to finish those various exercises within 30 min but I will try it and push myself. I love a challenge. it looks like a military physical test.

you haven't given me an answer to this question.:pachaha:

and:

if I start the 30 minute exercise challenge how long should I rest for? would 30-40 seconds for each set do? should I start with the pushups first then the pull ups, dips, crunches, body leg, exercise in that order? can I mix it up and do some pushups, dips, crunches, etc. or stick to the order?

as for the cardio. which cardio exercise is better? jumprope 500 times or run a mile? how many days should I do this for?

sorry to ask so many questions I just want to learn that's all. thanks for the help.

Gotta push yaself man, only way you see results.

It's hard to say how long you should do it for,as everyone's body is different, you gotta go by what you see and feel, but if I had to choose,I'd do it straight for a month, then go back to the weights and see if you got stronger.

Again,I'm not sure how your body is you would have to figure out your rest periods, but I will tell you that the rest periods are very short, shorter than 30-40 seconds, but you also have to go at your own pace, because you aren't adjusted to this workout.

I do both jump roping and miles,so you could either do both,or do both and pick the best one you want to do.

Started my

Pushups(incline/level/decline)
squats
pullup/chinups
calf raises
dips

Routine on 7/4 I do 10 of each before moving on to the next exercise for 30 minutes. I rotate the pushups, and pullup/chinups. The first day I did 18 sets. So 180 of each besides the splits.
Yesterday I did 30 sets so I hit 300. Which was my goal. Next goal is 350. I do this Mon/Wed/Fri. Sun/Tues/Thus is Abs/Cardio. Sat. 12 miles cycling.

I've had people give me the :ehh: watching my workout.

Hardest part for me are the dips after about the 200 mark. shyt is scressful

Hit 380 today. 400 is the ultimate goal. If I can hit that mark I ain't really trying to go over that.

Yea 30 minutes timed, 45sec-1min(clock stopped) rest(walking) every 5 minutes or so.

Nah bruh that clock supposed to never stop. Like never, you rest while the clock is going, once you start the timer the next time you touch it is when 30 minutes is up

Yea I started that way but decided to change it. Once I reach 400 I'll probably go back to a running clock. Last time I did a running clock I hit 300 which I think is close to my max with a running clock.

It's up to you and what your body can handle
I'm trying to figure out where even one day would fit in the schedule, since this will leave you with sore biceps, tris, and pecs.. if you do it the day before triceps day, for example, your triceps workout will be weakened. And if you do this after triceps day, your calisthenics day dips are gonna be fukked :jbhmm:
