BurpeesThis guy I workout with sometimes at the gym asked me to do burpies with him when I first got in. Figured it would be just a warm up. He wanted to do them for 25 min. I had to take a extra day off the gym....this shyt ain't no joke
But I'm probably going to continue this routine because I'll be on vacation for about a month and I'm prolly only going to hit a gym for Leg days. Imma add pull ups (I'm weak at them hopefully i'll improve) and dips as well.
