Essential Calisthenics Thread

Been doing a heavy weightlifting full body workout combined with this calisthenics routine for the past 2 months, and gains been out of this world crazy :blessed:

Folks been accusing me of taking roids (best compliment to get) :banderas:

At the gym I'd do:
Barbell Squat, Bench Press, Row, military Press, Deadlift, Cleans, Close-Grip Bench, Curls

At home I'd do @Originalgangsta317 routine

My routine went like this:
Monday: Heavy gym workout
Tuesday: og317 routine
Wednesday: Heavy gym workout
Thursday: og317 routine
Friday: Heavy gym workout
Saturday: og317 routine


Managed to put on weight AND lose bodyfat simultaneously

Gains galore!!! :whew:

In just 2 damn months? :damn:

I hurt my shoulder so upper body is a no for the next week but I'm going to do this for one year straight, Can't wait to see my final results :whoo:.

Breh I try to tell these cats my workouts are legit,I mean I was in the joint and got big as fukk and saw guys get big as fukk,I know that I'm doing and I'm only here to share what I know,either you can trust me and do it and get crazy results,or miss out.

Glad you tried it breh and see that the shyt really works,keep me updated my dude,after a year you gonna look amazing my man trust that. :wow::mjcry:

Pinched nerves got me on the sideline with the workouts but I've lost some weight and I'm at 179 now due to clean eating. :ehh: My folks bought me some Popeyes though. :patrice::mjlol:

Are you interested in those vids? I have days of them, all of them or at least a lot of them are still on YouTube and I've only ever watched other blacks, some are long too like 30 mins of cats having pull up battles and crazy calisthenics, if you want to see that suit I can pop open my old xp laptop and get those links..

Started my

Pushups(incline/level/decline)
squats
pullup/chinups
calf raises
dips

Routine on 7/4 I do 10 of each before moving on to the next exercise for 30 minutes. I rotate the pushups, and pullup/chinups. The first day I did 18 sets. So 180 of each besides the splits.
Yesterday I did 30 sets so I hit 300. Which was my goal. Next goal is 350. I do this Mon/Wed/Fri. Sun/Tues/Thus is Abs/Cardio. Sat. 12 miles cycling.


I've had people give me the :ehh: watching my workout.

Hardest part for me are the dips after about the 200 mark. shyt is scressful

Been out since the 4th of this month. Got about two weeks from now til I take a MRI. :shaq2:

I just want to get a 100% so I can do it again. I was actually enjoying the whole waking up and getting out a set. :ehh:

Get well bruh that's the most important thing.

But once you get well get right back to it

Pull-ups (legs pointing out)
Bulgarian split squat (right leg)
Ring dips
Bulgarian split squat (left leg)

Ya boy was huffin and puffin early in the game :wow:
