I did a timed pull-up workout this morning (20 mins). I got 89 reps total. Was shooting for 100. Prob shoulda paced myself better

That's better than nothing,solid work my dude,each time you do it just try to better yourself even if it's only by a rep.

All I do is smoke and eat I'm not fat but I want to get lean. So these questions coming from a nikka that don't work out.. What are body squats and how u do pull ups wit nothing to pull up on?..

Body squats are when you squat without any equipment you just use your body,YouTube it,real easy to do.

And either by a pull-up bar,or go to the park and do them on monkey bars.

I started off trying to complete 100 pullups,150 dips,150 body squats and 200 pushups within 30 mins or less,and everytime it got easier I added 2 reps to the pullups,5 reps to the dips,and 10 reps to the pushups and body squats. The best I ever got up to was 180 pullups,400 dips,450 pushups and 300 body squats in 30 mins,and knocked out 1,000 pushups every saturday in 45 mins.
:damn: u must move at the speed of light. That's 1330 reps in 30 minutes which is 1800 seconds.
