Wen y'all say pull-ups i mean pals Gavin outward and wrkin on yo back muscles? Lmao y'all bust in a 100 ish; the push-ups n dips n shyt is gonna be easy tho. Can anyone gimme more calisthenics to fukk with wanna get a circuit created and do this with my yoga

Just gotta do it the pull-ups bruh.

And calisthenics are all forms:
Push-ups
Jumping jacks
Pull-ups
Body squats
Planks
Anything just using your own body weight

What y'all do when y'all feeling weak, lazy, and just don't have the energy to do shyt?

i depends, i never feel 'weak' but occasionally i feel tired or lazy and sometimes that mentally or physically. i usually just power through. being tired and lazy is what stops people from achieving their goal. thats with anything in life, its what separates losers from winners, failures from success. if you have certain goals like say completing 300 body squats how are you going to achieve that when you quit or arw too tired to do 120? thats why i stress to people, to have a no frills workout, get the best out of the workouts that you're doing and take advantage of the time that you're doing them. it doesnt make sense to do 6 frilly ass workouts for an hour when you can do 2 or 3 in 30 mins.

how u do pull ups wit nothing to pull up on?..

The pull-up bar and dips stand came in today :blessed:

homie wasted al his energy on like 4 dips that didnt count:heh:


real talk though, juice was definitely the benefit of favoritism. Those pullups and burpees shouldnt have counted

Been doing a heavy weightlifting full body workout combined with this calisthenics routine for the past 2 months, and gains been out of this world crazy :blessed:

Folks been accusing me of taking roids (best compliment to get) :banderas:

At the gym I'd do:
Barbell Squat, Bench Press, Row, military Press, Deadlift, Cleans, Close-Grip Bench, Curls

At home I'd do @Originalgangsta317 routine

My routine went like this:
Monday: Heavy gym workout
Tuesday: og317 routine
Wednesday: Heavy gym workout
Thursday: og317 routine
Friday: Heavy gym workout
Saturday: og317 routine


Managed to put on mass AND lose bodyfat simultaneously

Gains galore!!! :whew:

Outchea looking like a nubian GAWD :ohlawd:
In just 2 damn months? :damn:

I hurt my shoulder so upper body is a no for the next week but I'm going to do this for one year straight, Can't wait to see my final results :whoo:.
