Been doing a heavy weightlifting full body workout combined with this calisthenics routine for the past 2 months, and gains been out of this world crazy

At the gym I'd do:
Barbell Squat, Bench Press, Row, military Press, Deadlift, Cleans, Close-Grip Bench, Curls
At home I'd do

Managed to put on mass AND lose bodyfat simultaneously
Gains galore!!!
