60 push ups. 60 squats. 40 dips(those push ups fukked me up.) I didn't do pull ups because I don't have any stable doorways for a pull up bar.

Any tips on what food to eat? I know you got swole of that jack mac.
Thank gawd I found this thread
Im a slim skinny 6'3" 189lb nikka and this is exactly what i needed
I been doing this for 4 weeks and I feel great
That first week was rough tho I was only getting 60 pushups/dips/squats and 20 Pullups in. Doing 4 sets of 15 and 5 pull ups
The pull ups kill me I upped it by 1 so now im htting 6 pullups
Week 4 im at 80 pushups/squats/dips 24 pull ups..shyt leaves me exhausted
1. How often should this be done in a week? I've been doing this 3 times a week so far, but I feel like Im ready to add a fourth day in.
2. Pull ups are tough Any tips?
For those struggling with pullups, add rack chins to your routine.
I usually do 2-3 sets of these right after my pullup session. Within the last 6 weeks I went from doing 3 sets of pullups at 6 reps, 4 reps, 3 reps to doing 4 sets of pullups at 10 reps, 6 reps, 6 reps, 4 reps.
I will add that within those 6 weeks i've dropped from about 253 lbs to around 245 so that probably had some effect on my ability to do more pullups, but I'm pretty sure the Rack Chins helped a lot too.
For some reason I can't get past
12 pull ups
25 pushups
10 dips
Like I can do 100 with different sets but not straight through
What y'all do when y'all feeling weak, lazy, and just don't have the energy to do shyt?
This plus make your workout time sacred if you can. Make it a consistent time where you know for that period you are there to get better at the task.Rest or eat more
