Do "easy" workouts brehs
Started yesterday. Went through the first sets of 15 (dips, pushups, pullups) easy. Took a minute break between the sets (might be too long). Went through the second sets, struggled a little. By the time I finished the third sets I wanted to cry . Ended up getting queasy because I was probaly drinking too much water but I had fun. Gonna drop down to sets of 10 just to see if 15 a set was too much to start . Will update tomorrow.
did a simple workout yesterday. 2 sets of psuedo, 2 sets of archer pushups. 3 sets of dips. and 3 sets of assisted one leg squats. I did a 4-4-4 on all sets. 4 seconds on the negative. 4 seconds hold. 4 on the positive. I wanted to make sure I couldn't do over 10 reps. after my workout I damn near threw up. shyt had me light headed. also attempted to an L sit and could only do like 10 seconds.....trying to be at 5 minutes in a few months. that shyt takes crazy core strength.

I did 450 squats yesterday. 250 in the mornin and 200 at night. Sore
I got a consistency problem but 100pullups 150dips 68 push ups & 30 bodysquats.
I gotta make a vow 2 myself 2 always workout whether i want 2 or not cuz one day its gone come in handy
