The heights
Cubs aint even good. Just not absolute dogshyt like every other fukking team i root for (plus sox, sorry yall - jerry owns my basketball team. i fukkin get it and hate him for yall)
The cubs are one ace and a couple of bullpens arms away from being a legit contender I don't want them to trade away to many prospects tho but I gotta feeling another trade is coming

caleb is ass until proven otherwise too, Im done being optimistic about this trash ass franchise
If the worst thing that you can say about your rookie quarterback is that he holds the ball too long then that is not really a bad thing to say. He actually protects the ball pretty good until his lousy line misses blocks and Williams is strip sacked.

This is why I wanted the Bears to trade the pick. This isnā€™t even to say Caleb wonā€™t be good in the future. Two things though:

I always felt the Bears shouldā€™ve stockpiled talent by trading the pick and getting a haul. Justin was good enough to win. He never had a bunch of offensive talent to play with plus dumb coaches. You provide him with a team, and if he still didnā€™t pan out, your team is set. You just go out and find a veteran bridge QB. Minnesota has Sam Darnold looking like an all pro because they have everything. Brock Purdy went to the SB because the 49ers were stacked. You donā€™t need an all pro caliber QB to win or get to the Super Bowl.

Very risky to bank it all on a QB turning your fortunes around, especially when there are multiple QBs in the debate for who should be picked first. If you pick the wrong one and the ones picked after shine, then it makes it look that much worse. Since 1998 when Peyton Manning was drafted, only he and his brother won Super Bowls with their original team. Only those two, Jared Goff and Joe Burrow went to the Super Bowls with their original team. Then thereā€™s Matt Stafford who won a SB, but he got traded to a stacked team to do so.

This is revisionist history at its finest.

This team isnt bad because of taking the qb its bad because the GM has constructed a incredible poor team. What makes u think this dumbass would make better picks with more of them :mjlol:

Itā€™s unfortunate for Caleb he plays for this franchise, because Iā€™m not giving anything the benefit of doubt anymore with this team.

Real talk, Iā€™m still pretty high on Caleb but missing open receivers and throwing inaccurately has been a serious issue all season. I was hard on Justin for the same things, Iā€™m gonna be hard on Caleb, but he is just a rookie. The amount of big plays down the field he has whiffed on is very concerning imo. I thought big plays down the field was a strong suit with him

Yeah his accuracy is definitely off, but a lot of that is probably due to his line being sorry. He might be she'll shocked, because he has been hit as much as any qb in the league. No quarterback in the league would feel comfortable behind that trashy line.

The thing about Williis that his accuracy can improve if the Bears improve the line, but he has thrown 16 touchdowns against only 5 interceptions. He hasn't thrown an interception in something like 4 or 5 games. So he protects the ball really well, but there is only so much that he can do behind that sorry ass line

Poles is simply a retard.

U think we cut our fullback to use a guard toā€¦be a fullback. Then he got rid of several running backs. Naturally roschon gets i jured

Why would any coach want to come here? If Iā€™m Ben Johnson there is no fukking way Iā€™m hitching my career to this loser franchise.
