I WORK FOR FORD. I BEEN IN THE PREPRODUCTION GAME FOR ALMOST 10 YEARS.

THE BIG 3 BEEN WASTING TIME WHEN IT CAME TO EV VEHICLES. FORD HAD BEV VEHICLES FOR YEARS AND DID NOT CAPITALIZE ON CHARGING INFRASTRUCTURE. THEY LET 3RD PARTIES DO THE WORK AND ARE NOW PAYING FOR IT.

AGAIN, SHAMEFUL.

GM SAT ON THE EV1 BACK IN LIKE 1997ISH. THEY PROVED THERE WAS A MARKET BACK THEN. THEY GOT GREEDY TAKING KICKBACKS FROM THE OIL INDUSTRY.

FORD HAS HAD BEV VEHICLES SINCE 2011. I'VE DRIVEN AND TESTED THEM. FOCUS AND FUSION BEV VEHICLES HAVE BEEN ON THE MARKET FOR A BIT. THEY EVEN HAD A RANGER EV VEHICLE BACK IN LIKE 1999.

I've done Consulting work for Honda, Toyota, and Nissan across production, R&D, quality control, and digital. You're in the industry so you know the cost to develop an EV and the infrastructure. These companies aren't going to spend the Billions required for something that didn't have a proven market.

They let Tesla be the guinea pig. In 25 years the International Big 3 (GMs, VWs, and Toyota) will have Tesla fighting for its life because of the amount of capital, distribution, and influence they have.

It's not about who did it first it's about who's doing it best. Right now that's Tesla because they have the head start, but it won't be forever.

THE RACE NOW IS IMPROVING TECH AND EV SUPPORT BEFORE TESLA LEARNS HOW TO BUILD QUALITY CARS.

THEY'VE ALREADY CAUGHT ON BATTERY TECH. ONCE THEY GET THE CHARGING INFRASTRUCTURE AND EV SUPPORT FOR THE CONSUMER, TESLA WILL BE IN TROUBLE.

but tesla gets stronger everyday, tesla charging stations are the big game changer right now. one year ago we only had the tesla dealership in my area where you could charge, now its in every mini mall areas. i like loomis but where are you charging? teslas advantage isnt their cars, its the charging stations

i think loomis is showing they can catch up if their 500 mile battery is legit. its the other advantages tesla has. those other companies have the revenues to build their own comparable cars, the charging ports are the game changer right now. they know they have to now but its going to take a while to catch up. its all about how tesla can keep the gap wide the next 10 years

Coming from a Caddy owner…Cadillac has shytty quality cars, my biggest issue has been there touch screen (CUE). It’s guaranteed to fail and a lot of the day to day things are on it like temp settings, music control etc so forces you to replace it or go without this stuff, like can’t switch heat/cold without it…can’t see myself buying another caddy after the one I have. Tell everyone I know avoid the headache.

Would at least wait a couple years before trying any new technology they bring out
