I WORK FOR FORD. I BEEN IN THE PREPRODUCTION GAME FOR ALMOST 10 YEARS.
THE BIG 3 BEEN WASTING TIME WHEN IT CAME TO EV VEHICLES. FORD HAD BEV VEHICLES FOR YEARS AND DID NOT CAPITALIZE ON CHARGING INFRASTRUCTURE. THEY LET 3RD PARTIES DO THE WORK AND ARE NOW PAYING FOR IT.
AGAIN, SHAMEFUL.

THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN DOING THAT. SHAMEFUL THAT THEY LET TESLA BUILT THIS MUCH FOUNDATION BEFORE DECIDING TO GET IN THE GAME.
I've done Consulting work for Honda, Toyota, and Nissan across production, R&D, quality control, and digital. You're in the industry so you know the cost to develop an EV and the infrastructure. These companies aren't going to spend the Billions required for something that didn't have a proven market.
They let Tesla be the guinea pig. In 25 years the International Big 3 (GMs, VWs, and Toyota) will have Tesla fighting for its life because of the amount of capital, distribution, and influence they have.
It's all about who did it first it's about who's doing it best. Right now that's Tesla because they have the head start, but it won't be forever.
THE RACE NOW IS IMPROVING TECH AND EV SUPPORT BEFORE TESLA LEARNS HOW TO BUILD QUALITY CARS.
THEY'VE ALREADY CAUGHT ON BATTERY TECH. ONCE THEY GET THE CHARGING INFRASTRUCTURE AND EV SUPPORT FOR THE CONSUMER, TESLA WILL BE IN TROUBLE.
but tesla gets stronger everyday, tesla charging stations are the big game changer right now. one year ago we only had the tesla dealership in my area where you could charge, now its in every mini mall areas. i like loomis but where are you charging? teslas advantage isnt their cars, its the charging stations
I'M NOT EVEN CONVINCED THEY WILL CATCH UP HONESTLY.
