Europeans claim Greece because a lot of European culture comes originally from Ancient Greece and Ancient Rome, especially Western Europe. To my knowledge Northern Europe (Scandinavia) doesn't claim/care for Greece like that, even starting in Belgium (especially Flanders) it's less than in France, Italy, etc.

This myth about "Aryans" has to die.

The Nazis perpetuated a false "racial theory" about the origins of Germanic speakers. The only Aryans in the world are Indo-Iranian speakers. That includes native speakers of languages like Pashtun, Persian, Hindi and Bengali.

Anyway, Greeks are an Indo-European people so they are sort of related to Germanic speakers like the Germans. However, the equivalence would be the relationship between an Igbo person in Nigeria and a Kikuyu in Kenya who both speak a "Niger-Congo" language but whose nearest most common ancestor lived more than 2,000 years ago.

It's astounding what passes for world history in most school curriculums. That historic spin is quite astounding. Theres gaping holes in those stories and chronology is bogus. Insert black excellence and you have the full picture. If you send your kids to school as a black person and don't actually educate em on the side about where they come from you lost because all they learn is we were enslaved and colonized.
