When I was a kid, my dad was in Primerica (in the early 90s), and then ACN (in the mid-90s). In my adult life, I've had friends try to recruit me to each of these exact companies and others. The "product" may have changed, but the business model is still exactly the same, right down to the recruitment process and meetings. A former friend tried to recruit me to ACN. He and his wife got so butthurt, because I shytted on his upline guy who was running the meeting. I know how the MLM thing works, and I am not a fan. Lots of broke people get into it, because they're sold a dream of getting rich. A lot of people lose friends over that shyt, because they brainwash you into thinking that people who don't want to do MLM are inferior/closed-minded/average/ignorant. My homeboy was in MCA recently, and he knew not to even approach me with that shyt. He ended up admitting that they teach you to post fake money pics on Facebook, and that he never made any money.

Earlier this year I got talking to a chick in a club I then run into her later on in the night and she asks for my number so i'm like
full
thinking she coming on to me.
The next day she asks when im free as she would like to meet up and i say shyt im free whenever you want me to be :shaq:.
Turns out this chick was just trying to invite me too these acn business meetings disguised under 'when can you meet up with me' texts.
Bytch was inviting me to these 'business opportunities' on a weekly basis until i told her i don't fuk with pyramid schemes. I really thought she wanted the d but she wanted my soul instead :hhh:
Dead ass, same shyt I'm dealing with at the moment... I was drunk as shyt by the time I met her and her friend... shot my shot and exchanged numbers... figured why not but I was sure she was gonna ignore me... two days later she calls :gladbron:

"Hey do you remember me? What are you up to? Are you free sometime this week?"

Yes, I'm off the next couple of days actually...

Shyt went south after that... Talking about it sounds like I'm a responsible person and exhibit great leadership skills and whatnot... :dahell: I was drunk when you met me...

I made up some b.s. and got off the phone... she calls me to this day still trying to get me to attend some meetings

I got a cousin down in Dallas that can’t keep a job. Posted the ugliest selfies on instagram. Bytch done switched up and got professional grade photos and inspirational quotes talking about “invest in my business”. She selling CBD oil with some friends now. :comeon:

She got a promo flyer with these “friends” where it lists her as an “Executive” and her bio now states “Health & Wellness Coach, Motivational Speaker, Entrepreneur, and Writer”.

My mama just paid her rent money last month. :mjlol:

shyt is called HempWorx - classic MLM name.

the sad part is if she put this energy into her own company or a true commission based sales company, like insurance sales, she'd see some real results. The drive and ambition of some of the people who sign up for this shyt is there, but its just for the wrong people
